A broad and active startup investor community is foundational to the health and growth of any successful entrepreneurial ecosystem. We have seen this first hand in the PNW and Bay Area.

Recently, the PNW has seen a decline in active angel group activity. We are uniquely suited to fill this gap by leveraging the First Row networks, deal flow, reputation, frameworks and portfolio support of our main funds. Our main fund LPs also find this compact, hands-on experience a unique aspect of their investment.

The Ensemble Fund timeframe means a decision in early December 2023 and (plans for) the investment being funded before January 1, 2024. We prefer to come into an active funding round and will consider other scenarios. Our goal is that our investment goes into a company with sufficient capital to advance to the next set of investors.
